Description
Lifted Stance. Add a commanding, lifted off-road stance to your 2011-2019 3500 HD GMC Sierra by upgrading to an Adjustable Suspension Lift Kit that includes Bilstein 5100 Shocks. With 5 to 6-inches of lift, this kit can accommodate tires up to 35-inches in size allowing you to conquer any trail. This ReadyLIFT Adjustable Suspension Lift Kit features iron steering knuckles, forged torsion keys, rear lift blocks, as well as heavy duty crossmembers and skid plate. What’s more, the included Bilstein 5100 Series Shocks will provide a highly comfortable ride, even across the roughest terrain.
Bilstein 5100 Series Shocks. The included Bilstein 5100 Series Shock Absorbers feature a monotube gas-charged design with velocity-sensitive digressive valving which enhances handling performance off-road while maintaining a smooth yet firm ride on the street. The 46mm shock body is machined from high-grade alloy, offering maximum durability as well as ideal heat dissipation. Likewise, its 14mm piston rod is crafted from chrome-hardened alloy, offering exceptional strength for off-roading. Finally, the shock body is plated in high-quality zinc before receiving a tough clear topcoat for exceptional corrosion protection.
Iron Steering Knuckles. ReadyLIFT includes a set of heavy duty replacement steering knuckles in their Adjustable Suspension Lift Kit. These steering knuckles are manufactured from custom formed nodular iron for superior strength. The knuckles were engineered to provide perfect geometry, ride and handling performance.
Forged Torsion Keys. Vehicle specific lift-oriented ReadyLIFT forged torsion keys provide an adjustable lift while maintaining factory ride quality. These super strong forged torsion keys are much stronger than the stock units with the same design and feature an indexing that is unique to this ReadyLIFT kit.
Rear Lift Blocks. Rear lift is obtained with the use of lift blocks and u-bolts. These OE-style lift blocks are fabricated from cast iron for superior strength. The included longer u-bolts and fasteners allow for a straight forward installation.
Skid Plate and Crossmembers. Both the skid plate and high clearance crossmembers are laser-cut and CNC formed from heavy duty steel plate for superior strength. The skid plate will protect the front differential from rocks and obstacles, while the crossmembers will provide additional strength to the suspension.
Bolt-on Installation. ReadyLIFT designed their Adjustable Suspension Lift Kit to be a straight forward bolt-on install with no cutting or welding required. With all the necessary hardware included, this Lift Kit can be installed in about 12 hours time - professional installation is highly recommended. Please note that an alignment is required after installation.
