Description
Adjustable Performance Shock. The Rancho RS9000XL Front Shock for 4-Inch Rancho Suspension Lift Kit provides advanced ride control with its nine-position adjustable knob, offering tailored damping for various driving conditions. It is designed for vehicles that require reliable performance in both on-road and off-road environments, particularly those involved in towing or hauling.
Construction and Appearance. Built with an 18mm nitro-carburized piston rod for durability against scuffs and corrosion, the shock features double-welded loops at high-stress points and a 1.25-inch sintered iron piston for exceptional strength. The up to 2.75-inch tri-tube body is filled with all-weather fluid enabling operation under extreme temperatures from -40°F to 248°F. This is finished with a premium liquid metallic coating and protected by a polyvinyl boot for extended life.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require drilling, suitable for technicians with moderate mechanical experience. The shock includes necessary mounting hardware for easy replacement or upgrade.
Warranty. This shock absorber includes a limited lifetime warranty, ensuring confidence in long-term durability and performance.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the front of 2011 to 2019 Silverado 2500 HD trucks equipped with a 4-inch Rancho Suspension System front lift. It is intended for use until depletion, after which a substitute model is recommended.
