      Description

      Big Boost Power Upgrade. The On3 Performance T6 Single Turbo System with 80mm Billet Wheel Turbocharger is engineered to significantly increase horsepower and torque on your 2010 to 2017 5.7L RAM 2500. Designed for high-performance street or race applications, this complete bolt-on kit delivers massive airflow and boost potential while retaining key factory features such as A/C and drivability. Whether you're building a high-powered tow rig or a weekend track truck, this system is built to perform.

      Construction and Appearance. This turbo system includes a T6 80mm billet wheel turbocharger mated to a custom stainless steel cast turbo manifold and full 304 stainless crossover. The cold side features polished 3-inch bead-rolled 6061 aluminum tubing, a front-mount 3-inch intercooler, and On3's black 5-ply silicone couplers for reliability under pressure. Stainless steel clamps, brackets, and V-band connections ensure a durable, leak-free installation, while the included wastegate and blow-off valve optimize boost control.

      Installation. Installation is hard and recommended for experienced professionals. The kit includes an installation guide disc, but proper knowledge of forced induction and vehicle modification is required. Cutting, fitting, and tuning may be necessary for optimal performance.

      Application. This On3 Performance T6 Single Turbo System with 80mm Billet Wheel Turbocharger fits 2010 to 2017 RAM 2500 models equipped with the 5.7L HEMI V8 engine.
