      Description

      High-Horsepower Turbocharging Solution. The On3 Performance T6 Single Turbo System with 86mm Billet Wheel Turbocharger is built for RAM 2500 owners seeking serious power gains and boosted performance. Designed to support up to 1000 horsepower with the right supporting modifications, this complete bolt-on system combines efficiency and raw power while retaining full factory functionality—including air conditioning.

      Construction and Appearance. This turbo kit features premium materials throughout, including a full 304 stainless steel crossover pipe with V-band connections, a custom 4-inch stainless downpipe, and a polished 6061 aluminum cold-side charge system. It's equipped with a high-output On3 78mm journal bearing turbo, 60mm wastegate, and 50mm blow-off valve. Also included is a 3-inch On3 intercooler with upgrade options, high-quality 5-ply silicone couplers, and stainless T-bolt clamps. All hardware, brackets, oil lines, and clamps are provided for a complete setup.

      Installation. Installation is rated as hard and is recommended for experienced professionals or advanced enthusiasts. Custom tuning and proper supporting fuel and drivetrain mods are required to safely handle increased boost levels and horsepower output. An installation guide disc is included to assist during the build process.

      Warranty. Backed by a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
