Construction and Appearance. This shock features a 6063 anodized aluminum body and reservoir tubing, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The internal components, including 6061 aluminum rod ends and a 5/8-inch chrome-plated hardened steel shaft, contribute to its robustness and efficient heat dissipation. Aesthetic-wise, the sleek, metallic finish complements the technical prowess of the shock absorber.
