This shock reduces harsh top-out impacts and improves comfort, particularly beneficial for vehicles with heavier tires or lifts exceeding OEM specifications.

Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum using impact extrusion, the shock body is finished with Type II clear-anodized plating for efficient heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. It incorporates a high-flow velocity-sensitive damping system, a durable 5/8” hard chrome shaft, and an internal floating piston that separates oil and high-pressure nitrogen for optimized operation.
