This bolt-on shock improves ride comfort and handling, especially when paired with heavier tires or lifted beyond original equipment specifications, by reducing harsh top-out sensations through its innovative Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) technology.

Construction and Appearance. Made from impact extruded 6061-T6 aluminum, the shock body features a durable Type II clear-anodized finish that resists corrosion and efficiently dissipates heat. The assembly includes a 5/8-inch hard chrome shock shaft and an internal floating piston (IFP) that optimizes damping performance by separating shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen gas.

Installation. Installation is straightforward as a direct bolt-on solution that includes top bar pin and bottom clevis mounts with no drilling or vehicle modifications needed. This shock is specifically designed for lifted vehicles equipped with raised torsion systems requiring lower eyelet mounting and will not fit original equipment mounts.
