Description
Sound Reduction Upgrade. The Flowmaster Muffler Turndowns 3-Inch are designed to mount directly to 3-inch outlet Scavenger Series race mufflers to provide enhanced sound control. These turndowns effectively reduce exhaust noise while maintaining optimal exhaust flow, making them ideal for race environments or street performance applications.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 16-gauge aluminized steel, these turndowns feature mandrel-bent tubing for smooth exhaust flow and durability. The components have a semi-gloss aluminized finish that offers corrosion resistance and a clean, professional look.
Installation. Installation requires basic mechanical skills and some adaptation, as these parts are universal rather than a direct fit. No welding brackets or special clamps are included, and minor modifications may be necessary for proper fitment.
