Performance Muffler. The Flowmaster Super 40 Series Center/Dual Out Oval Muffler with a 3-inch inlet and 2.50-inch outlet delivers an aggressive exhaust sound along with performance gains. It is engineered to improve exhaust flow and produce a deep, powerful tone ideal for higher horsepower vehicles.

Made from durable 16 gauge 409 stainless steel with full MIG welds for maximum strength, this muffler features a high-temperature paint finish to resist heat and corrosion. Its oval shape and enlarged case design optimize exhaust flow while reducing interior resonance.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. This muffler utilizes slip-fit inlet and outlet connections and requires new hangers (not included). Installation is generally moderate difficulty, often requiring some adaptation, welding, or clamping to fit specific exhaust configurations.
