It is installed in exhaust systems ahead of or behind mufflers to provide effective sound control without affecting vehicle emissions.
_x000D_Construction and Appearance. Made from durable, fully welded 409 stainless steel, this resonator features an oval shape with a natural finish. It contains no packing material, ensuring the tone heard at startup remains consistent throughout the product’s life.
_x000D_Installation. This universal resonator requires some adaptation for installation and is not a direct fit part. No drilling is typically necessary, but proper welding or clamping is required to secure it in place.
