This fuel lift pump adds reliability to the entire fuel system and provides improved filtration over stock. The efficient fuel flow optimizes your truck’s performance while keeping the contaminants from getting into the engine. It flows 165 GPH at 8 to 10 PSI to support moderate to extreme horsepower.

      Clean Fuel with Enhanced Filtration. This Titanium Signature Series Diesel Fuel Lift Pump uses Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology to ensure that the fuel is clean. It keeps a positive pressure on the fuel being delivered to the engine to prevent cavitation, galling, and scoring. This technology also works best with the optional FASS Fuel Heater options for extreme applications in cold weather conditions.

      High-Quality Construction. FASS uses premium components and advanced technology to ensure that this Titanium Signature Series Diesel Fuel Lift Pump can deliver a consistently smooth flow rate. The Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) enhance the flow of fuel within the rust-resistant aluminum housing. This module also prevents the backflow of air and vapor into the fuel and restricts the formation of eddy currents within the corner of a 90-degree sharp angle.

      Direct-Fit, No-Drill Installation. This Titanium Signature Series 165GPH Diesel Fuel Lift Pump comes as a complete bolt-on kit. It is furnished with bolt-on mounting brackets, fittings, and hardware to facilitate direct installation with no drilling or welding required.

      Warranty Included. FASS upholds its commitment to superior craftsmanship and quality products by backing this Titanium Signature Series 165GPH Diesel Fuel Lift Pump with a Lifetime Warranty under the intended normal use. Some exclusions apply as indicated in the full manufacturer’s warranty.
