Description
Attack the Trails and Handle the Roads. Level-up your RAM 1500’s off-road capabilities without compromising on-road handling and comfort by installing the Fabtech 3-Inch Ball Joint Upper Control Arm Lift Kit with Performance Shocks. With its 3 inches of overall lift, this kit offers your truck ample ground clearance to negotiate more aggressive off-road trails. This additional ground clearance also allows you to mount up to 35-inch tires to give you that complete off-road look. Moreover, this lift kit includes components designed to help keep your truck’s factory ride quality and handling, so you can still use it as a daily driver.
Rear Performance Shock Absorbers. This kit includes a pair of Fabtech’s Performance shocks to replace your factory rear shock absorbers. These rear shocks combine a twin-tube design with 9-stage velocity valving to deliver damping that’s relative to the terrain you’re on. This translates to excellent damping on the trails, and a smooth ride on the highway. Additionally, these shocks feature closed foam cell inserts which help reduce the chances of fading to provide consistent performance.
Brawny Upper Control Arms. Front lift is made possible by a pair of brawny upper control arms. These control arms feature a design that maximizes their angles in relation to your new lifted height. This factor results in zero chance of binding ensuring proper steering geometry is maintained. What’s more, these control arms are precision-made from high-grade tubular steel and come with robust ball joints providing exceptional durability and smooth articulation.
Wear-Resistant Rear Coil Spring Spacers. For the rear lift, this kit features a pair of wear-resistant coil spring spacers. These spacers are machine-fabricated from heavy-grade steel to provide an accurate fit and optimal strength. Also, these components are treated with a heavy-duty black powder coat finish for exceptional protection against rust.
Rugged Upper Shock Spacers. This kit also includes a pair of upper shock spacers to compensate for the front lift. These shock spacers are fabricated from high-grade steel ensuring an accurate fit and superior durability. Furthermore, these spacers allow you to take full advantage of your factory shocks and what they have to offer by way of handling and damping performance.
Professional Installation Recommended. Installing this lift kit requires the use of a spring compressor, as well as minor drilling. Please note that misuse of a spring compressor can potentially lead to injury. Furthermore, this tool is not commonly found in most garages. If you are not that experienced using this tool or are not planning on purchasing one, professional installation is always an option.
Application. The Fabtech 3-Inch Ball Joint Upper Control Arm Lift Kit with Performance Shocks fits all 2019 to 2024 4WD RAM 1500 models without the Air Ride and excluding Rebels.
Application Notes. This lift kit will not work with the factory wheels and tires.
