Comes With Extang’s Signature Design Elements. This version of the Extang Solid Fold 2.0 Tonneau Cover features the company’s own Jaw Grip and EZ-Lock Clamps, snap-on perimeter seals, and fully integrated corner and hinge seals. These design elements won’t be found on any other cover, and most importantly, they’ll adapt perfectly to the shape of your RAM 1500’s truck bed.
Automotive-Grade Polymer Thermoplastic Construction. The Solid Fold 2.0 Tonneau Cover boasts panels that are made of top-quality, automotive-grade polymer thermoplastic. The body consists of an aluminum frame finished in a matte black powder coat, for protection against surface damage. These panels are also made in Extang’s patented “EnduraShield” panel design. They do endure scratches, dents, and UV-induced fading a whole lot better than their aluminum or fiberglass counterparts, which makes them worthy of their name.
Complete Installation in a Few Simple Steps. The Extang Solid Fold 2.0 Tonneau Cover comes assembled straight out of the box, and installation will be complete in as little as five minutes. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to position the tri-fold tonneau cover onto the surface of your truck bed, adjust the clamps on each side, and lock it into place by closing the tailgate. Proper installation ensures that the cover won’t budge and will stay in place the entirety of your next ride.
