Description
Aluminum Performance Radiator. The COLD-CASE Aluminum Performance Radiator is engineered to improve cooling efficiency for heavy-duty diesel trucks by replacing the factory radiator. It enhances thermal management to support engine operation under load and extended use.
Construction and Appearance. Built from 100% TIG welded aluminum with polished tanks, this radiator offers both durability and a refined look. Its corrugated fins with 16 fins per inch maximize heat dissipation through increased surface area. The radiator is pressure tested to ensure reliability and leak-free performance.
Installation. This radiator is designed for a direct fit replacement requiring no drilling or modifications. Moderate mechanical skills are recommended for installation. Replacement of the lower hose O-ring is needed to secure a proper seal.
Application. Compatible with 2006 through 2010 Chevrolet and GMC Duramax 6.6L diesel trucks, this radiator supports correct fitment and performance for these models.
