This shock’s monotube gas-charged configuration is designed to improve your truck’s handling by providing a faster damping response and a better feel for the terrain you’re on. These factors make this shock the perfect choice if you want to get into more involved off-roading. Additionally, this damper features an exclusive velocity sensitive digressive valving technology, which helps provide a firm but smooth factory-style ride quality. This way you never lose daily driving manners.
Durable Build Quality. This rear damper’s 2-inch wide shock body is machined from high-quality steel offering superior strength and excellent heat dissipation for a reliable performance. Furthermore, this shock features a chrome-hardened steel alloy making it strong enough to handle the stresses of regular off-roading. Meanwhile, the included bushings are molded from premium neoprene rubber, offering optimum vibration damping for an even smoother ride. The assembly then receives a chip-resistant yellow powder coat finish to give it a distinct style. Lastly, this rear shock is equipped with a blue poly dust boot to keep the seals debris-free.
No Nonsense Install Procedure. This rear shock mounts onto your truck using its rear shock location. No extra drilling or other modifications to your vehicle are needed. Installation is completed using just standard hand tools.
