Description
Superior Front Shock Upgrade. Maximize your RAM 3500’s capabilities with the Bilstein B6 4600 Series Front Shock. This front shock features a monotube gas-charged configuration as well as advanced velocity sensitive digressive valving technology. These features combine to provide your truck with an instantaneous damping response that conforms to the terrain you’re on. The result is a sharper handling performance on the trails and a firm but smooth ride quality on the highway. These factors make this shock the ideal choice for daily driven trucks that spend time on the trails.
Heavy-Grade Build Quality. This front shock features a 2-inch shock body machined from premium steel alloy, making it extremely durable while also offering effective heat dissipation for reliable performance. The piston rod for its part is crafted from a heavy-grade chrome-hardened steel alloy, offering maximum strength. Additionally, this shock is equipped with high-quality neoprene rubber bushings that provide ideal vibration damping for smoother ride quality. This assembly is then finished in a wear-resistant yellow powder coating, giving the assembly excellent corrosion protection and stylish looks. Finally, this assembly includes a resilient blue poly dust boot to protect the seal from debris.
Uncomplicated Install Procedure. This front shock features an OE design, so installation is just a matter of replacing your RAM’s stock front shock with this one. No extra drilling or other modifications are necessary for most applications. What’s more, installation requires just standard hand tools to complete.
