Performance Upgrade. The BDS Tubular Front Upper Control Arms for 6.5-Inch Lift Kits provide enhanced wheel travel and improved suspension articulation compared to stock arms. Designed to optimize suspension geometry on lifted trucks, these arms enhance front suspension performance under demanding conditions.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-strength 1.5-inch outer diameter, 0.120-inch wall thickness steel tubing, these control arms are engineered for durability and rugged use. The design includes an indexed ball joint cup to correct positioning for lifted applications, durometer-specific rubber bushings that reduce noise, and greaseable ball joints with protective dust caps for extended longevity.

Installation. Installation typically requires 2 to 3 hours. The control arms come fully assembled and bolt directly in place. This allows experienced DIYers and professional mechanics to install the arms without complex modifications.
