Description
Performance Exhaust Manifold. The BD Power T4 Mount Common Rail Exhaust Manifold is engineered to optimize turbocharger performance by enhancing airflow and reducing back-pressure. It is a reliable replacement manifold designed for upgraded turbos, enabling quicker turbo spool and increased power output for diesel performance applications.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-silicon ductile iron, this manifold withstands extreme heat and vibration. It features a fully divided pulse design and precision slip joints that accommodate thermal expansion while preventing cracks and leaks. The surface displays the durable cast texture typical of heat-resistant iron components.
Installation. Installation takes approximately two and a half hours, with no drilling necessary due to pre-drilled mounting points. The manifold fits into the stock turbo location, allowing for straightforward bolt-on replacement.
Warranty. Includes a 36-month or 75,000-mile parts warranty covering durability and performance under normal operating conditions.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 03-07 5.9L RAM 3500 models. Not legal for sale on licensed California vehicles due to emissions regulations.
