Description

The BD Power 20-Degree T6 Mount Exhaust Manifold improves exhaust flow by replacing stock manifolds with a design optimized for larger turbochargers, resulting in enhanced turbo spool-up and improved power delivery. It is ideal for performance trucks seeking to upgrade engine efficiency and output.

Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from high-silicon ductile iron, this manifold is engineered to withstand extreme heat and vibrations. It features a durable high-temperature black coating and heavy cast HiSi ductile iron construction, which efficiently retains heat energy to support consistent performance and durability.

Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and typically takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Some vehicle and engine modifications may be necessary, and the manifold's thick walls allow drilling or tapping of ports for individual cylinder pyro monitoring if desired.

Warranty. This manifold is backed by a 36-month or 75,000-mile parts warranty.

Application. This manifold is specifically designed for 2003-2007 5.9L RAM 3500 models. Note that it is not legal for sale on licensed California vehicles.
