Description

High-Performance Upgrade. The BD Power 20-Degree T4 Mount Exhaust Manifold improves exhaust flow and turbocharger compatibility for diesel trucks, designed specifically for performance enthusiasts. It enhances airflow for quicker turbo spool and increased power output while maintaining the stock turbo location to fit existing setups.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from heavy cast high-silicon ductile iron, this manifold offers durability and excellent heat retention. It features precision slip joints to accommodate thermal expansion, a high-temperature black coating for protection, and drilled and tapped ports for customization, ensuring strength and functionality under extreme conditions.

Installation. Installation typically takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. Some vehicle or engine modifications may be required to complete installation; however, additional drilling beyond the pre-tapped ports may be necessary for specific customization.

Warranty. This product includes a 36-month or 75,000-mile parts warranty for peace of mind.

Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2003-2007 5.9L RAM 3500 diesel trucks.
