Description
High-Performance Valve Body. The BD Power 66RFE/68RFE Transmission Valve Body with Solenoid is designed to enhance transmission reliability and performance. It replaces worn or damaged valve bodies in Dodge/RAM trucks with 6.4L HEMI or 6.7L Cummins engines, maintaining smooth shifting and consistent line pressure under demanding towing and high-performance conditions.
Construction and Appearance. This valve body features a steel-sleeved solenoid switch valve bore to resist wear and extend component life. It includes new bonded accumulator pistons with improved seals, a custom bonded separator plate to minimize leaks and optimize line pressure, and an OEM solenoid. The assembly also comes with a pan gasket included for installation.
Installation. Installation typically requires about two hours and involves no drilling. After installation, a drive learn procedure is needed to recalibrate the transmission for optimal function.
Warranty. This product includes a 12-month parts and 12-month labor warranty.
Application. Specifically fit for use in 07-18 6.7L RAM 2500 models without noted exclusions.
