Description

Performance Upgrade. The BD Power Iron Horn Turbo Kit replaces the stock Holset turbo with a high-performance option that delivers increased horsepower, improved turbo response, and enhanced airflow and reliability. Ideal for both street and track use, it helps reduce exhaust gas temperatures and abnormal turbo pressures.

Construction and Appearance. This kit features single 300 series SX-E Borg Warner turbos equipped with forged milled wheels, engineered to be durable and lightweight for high wheel speeds. It includes BD’s Performance Plus T4 6.7L exhaust manifold and gaskets, manufactured from high-quality materials for a clean, ready-to-install design without requiring additional piping.

Installation. Installation is straightforward, generally requiring around 9 hours. The bolt-on design allows for a clean and hassle-free setup with no drilling necessary.

Warranty. The kit is backed by a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on parts.

Application. Designed specifically for 2007-2018 6.7L RAM 2500 diesel trucks. This kit requires a tuner or programmer to bypass factory VGT functions and codes. It is not legal for sale on California licensed vehicles.
