      Description

      High-Performance Turbo Upgrade. The ATS Diesel Performance Aurora 3000 Turbocharger System is engineered to support power levels up to 500 RWHP while maintaining excellent drivability and towing capabilities. Designed for daily driving, towing, and mild performance builds, it delivers quick spool-up, lower exhaust gas temperatures, and increased power across the RPM range.

      Construction and Appearance. Featuring powder-coated compressor and exhaust housings for durability, the Aurora 3000 incorporates a ported compressor housing with a fully contoured bellmouth for optimized airflow. A machined discharge adapter allows direct connection to the ATS HX downpipe. Built for use with Cummins 5.9L 24-valve engines, the turbocharger reuses the existing air intake tube and filter for simplified integration.

      Installation. Installation is hard and requires advanced mechanical knowledge. Professional installation is strongly recommended due to the complexity of the turbo system and necessary modifications.
