Description
High-Performance Ball Joint Kit. The Apex Chassis HD Ball Joint Kit replaces the factory ball joints with heavy-duty components engineered for strength and longevity. This kit provides smooth steering articulation while improving durability under demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured with SAE 1045 solid steel forged housings and SAE 4140 hot forged chromoly ball studs, the kit features CNC machining for exact tolerances. The ball joints have polished surfaces with anti-friction bearing designs, complemented by black CR rubber boots with internal seals that resist heat, oil, and road contaminants.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required due to the direct-fit design. The pre-threaded zerk fittings facilitate easy servicing and greasing over the life of the part.
Warranty. The kit is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, premature wear, and breakage when purchased from authorized sources.
