These flares are crafted using a vacuum infusion process with 3K 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth, ensuring a consistent weave and optimal carbon-to-resin ratio for superior stiffness and strength. A marine grade gel coat with UV inhibitors is applied and polished to achieve a striking high gloss finish that resists environmental damage.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward using the original equipment ZR2 flare mounting hole pattern, with necessary hardware included. Minor adjustments may be required for a perfect fit, and no drilling is typically necessary.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit the Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 models from years 2017 through 2020, ensuring precise compatibility with this truck's dimensions and trim.
