      Description

      Increased Performance. Improve the Sierra’s power and performance by replacing the restrictive factory intake with the AFE Momentum GT Cold Air Intake with Pro DRY S Filter. It’s designed to efficiently provide a cold air charge with its precision construction. Additionally, it reduces the effect of heat soak, ensuring consistent performance.

      No Tune Required. The AFE Momentum GT Cold Air Intake with Pro DRY S Filter has an application-specific design that eliminates the need for reprogramming the Sierra’s ECU. It improves performance with just the factory tune. While not required, a retune is recommended to ensure maximum performance with your Sierra’s current setup.

      Pro DRY S Air Filter. The Momentum GT utilizes a large 9-inch tall inverted top air filter with a proprietary filter-to-housing interface for outstanding performance. The progressively finer porosity of the synthetic medium provides superior filtration without sacrificing airflow. Additionally, the air filter is convenient to use and can be cleaned for long-lasting service.

      High-Quality Air Box. To maximize performance, the Momentum GT has a 1-piece roto-molded design. This minimizes the types of material used and the connections that may cause leaks. Additionally, the sealed design and heat soak-resistant material ensures that the power-sapping hot air is kept out of the intake. Furthermore, a sight window helps for quickly inspecting the filter.

      Easy Installation. The Momentum GT can be quickly installed and comes with all required hardware. No cutting, drilling, or other modifications are required.

      Not CARB-Certified. The Momentum GT is not CARB-certified at this time. It may not be installed on vehicles for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.

      Application. The AFE Momentum GT Cold Air Intake with Pro DRY S Filter and black finish is designed to fit 2014 to 2018 5.3L GMC Sierra 1500 models.
