Construction and Appearance. This exhaust system is crafted from durable 5-inch mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing to ensure maximum flow and long-lasting resistance against corrosion. It features smooth transition bends for reduced turbulence and culminates in a polished 304 stainless steel slash-cut exhaust tip with a drain port to prevent rust and corrosion accumulation.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with factory mounting locations and OE-style bayonet hangers allowing for a secure fitment without drilling. The system uses OEM-style flange and band clamps to ensure a leak-free seal, facilitating a hassle-free upgrade process.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 2011-2016 6.6L Duramax Silverado 3500 HD models, this system does not fit 2016 3500HD models equipped with a NOX sensor.
