Description

These assemblies allow your engine to push the exhaust gases out of the cylinders with more ease. Furthermore, they feature short tube non-catted headers with 4-to-1 mitered merge collectors to facilitate a smoother exhaust flow while reducing turbulence for outstanding exhaust performance.
Fierce Exhaust Tone. Using these Twisted Steel Shorty Headers will elevate your truck’s presence by letting an aggressive roar accompany your vehicle’s dynamic performance. The powerful sound enhances your truck’s outdoor presence that makes heads turn as it dominates the roads and trails.
Top-Notch Construction and Finish. Designed to withstand harsh impacts from the power-generating combustion process, this Twisted Steel Shorty Header kit is constructed using high-strength T304 stainless steel tubing. This material resists corrosion and withstands high temperatures from catalytic activities. Moreover, each header is MIG-welded for high strength and lasting durability. The header flanges are CNC machined to eliminate cracking and for a secure leak-free seal. In addition, the header system comes in a titanium cerakote ceramic outside coating with copper ceramic inside coating. This coating combination reduces the outside surface temperature of headers and reduces engine compartment temperatures by as much as 46-percent versus the non-coated headers.
No Calibration Required for Operation. These Twisted Steel Shorty Headers are engineered to improve the performance of your car without the need to reprogram the ECU. By utilizing state-of-the-art computer-aided designs, these headers will increase power using the factory tune.
