Construction and Appearance. Proudly made in the USA, this brush guard is fabricated from robust 3" tubing in the center section and 2.25" tubing around the headlight areas. It features a zinc coating to resist corrosion, topped with a powder coat finish to ensure long-lasting durability and a high-quality textured look.

Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require drilling. The guard mounts directly to the corners of the AEV Front Bumper using existing factory holes, simplifying setup while preserving the bumper’s coating integrity.

Application. Designed to fit 2019-2026 Ram HD models, including 2500, 3500, 4500, and 5500 series. Some early-production bumpers without pre-drilled holes may require additional assistance from the manufacturer for installation.
