Hybrid Steel, Aluminum Construction. ZRoadz manufactures their Overland Access Rack from a combination of steel and aluminum for strength and light weight. The primary structural support members and transverse cross bars are manufactured from 10 gauge steel. Where the secondary support members, lateral cross bars and door assemblies are manufactured from 7 gauge aluminum. ZRoadz then completes their Access Rack in a durable, three step textured black powder coat finish for aggressive good looks and long lasting corrosion resistance.

Superior LED Illumination. Utilizing four 5W high intensity CREE LEDs, the included ZRoadz Flood Beam Light Cubes have a 1712 lumen output with a 6000K color temperature. Using an operating voltage of 10v-30v DC, these LED Light Cubes have an average life span of up to 50,000-hours, making them perfectly suited for use on off-road vehicles.

Straight Forward Bolt-on. ZRoadz designed their Overland Access Rack to be a straight forward bolt-on installation with no drilling required using their clamping system. Please note that assembly of the rack is required.
