The Reflect-A-GOLD Heat Reflective Sheet measures 12 inches by 12 inches and is designed to prevent heat soak into sensitive areas such as air boxes, seats, firewalls, transmission tunnels, and intakes. It provides an efficient thermal barrier, helping to maintain optimal performance by reducing heat transfer in high-temperature environments. This product is essential wherever heat protection is needed for automotive or aviation components.

Construction and Appearance. The heat shield consists of a metalized polyimide layer laminated to a lightweight glass fiber cloth. It features a high-temperature pressure-sensitive adhesive backing protected by a release liner rated up to 325°F. The sheet is thin, measuring 0.0065 inches thick, and has a durable, heat-reflective surface designed to resist UV degradation for long-term use.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with the high-temperature pressure-sensitive adhesive backing, requiring no drilling or special tools. It applies easily to surfaces that need protection from extreme heat and is engineered to stay firmly in place without peeling or lifting.

Fitment and Application. This product fits universal applications; however, some adaptation may be needed. It should not be applied directly to exhaust components to prevent damage or failure.
