Description
Heat Protection Solution. The Heat Shroud; 20 AN x 10-Foot is designed to prevent heat and abrasion damage to lines, hoses, and wires without requiring disconnection. It wraps easily around existing lines, providing critical thermal and physical protection essential in automotive and racing applications.
_x000D_Construction and Appearance. This shroud is made from high-temperature rated 19 oz glass fiber fabric combined with heat-treated insulation. It features an aluminized outer layer for radiant heat reflection and is reinforced with aramid thread to enhance durability and flame-retardant properties. The flexible design conforms to bends and curves.
_x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no special tools or removal of hoses or wires. Simply cut to the desired length, wrap around the line, and secure using the hook-and-loop closure system for a snug, adjustable fit.
_x000D_Application. The product fits universally, with some adaptation required, and is suitable for lines with diameters between 0.5 and 2.5 inches. It should not be applied directly to exhaust components.
