The wrap is applied by tightly wrapping exhaust pipes, headers, or similar components.

Construction and Appearance. This exhaust wrap features a dual-layer design that combines high-temperature glass fiber on the inside with a 304-grade stainless steel exoskeleton on the outside, providing durable abrasion and impact resistance. Its industrial black finish adds toughness and a rugged aesthetic suitable for prolonged exposure to harsh conditions.

Installation. Installation is straightforward due to the 1.5-inch width and the interlocking stainless steel exoskeleton that holds securely when overlapped. No drilling or special tools are required. Care should be taken to avoid wrapping flex joints and titanium exhausts to prevent damage.
