These main studs improve main cap alignment, reduce thread wear, and remain stationary during tightening, making them essential for high-performance engine builds where durability is critical.

Made from Xotic’s proprietary 7200 series material, the studs feature superior tensile (232K PSI) and yield strengths (212K PSI) compared to standard chromoly steel (8740), ensuring outstanding fatigue resistance and durability. The broached stud ends simplify installation and removal, with a clean finish that resists rust and wear.
