It diverts exhaust gases away from the turbine to control boost, ensuring optimal engine performance and protection. This wastegate is ideal for street applications requiring reliable boost control with excellent heat resistance and superior flow characteristics.

      Construction and Appearance. Featuring a robust stainless steel cast body combined with an aluminum actuator housing, this wastegate withstands high temperatures and pressures. It includes a solid stainless steel valve with a proprietary high-temperature silicon Nomex diaphragm. The matte black finish highlights its premium quality and Australian craftsmanship.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with peer flange V-band connections for simple fitment with existing 40mm valve manifolds. No drilling is typically required. A locking collar tool is necessary for spring replacement and secure assembly, and some force may be applied to ensure proper valve seating.
