This grille insert adds a custom, high-quality look while maintaining durability and functionality.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 6061/6063 billet aluminum, this grille insert features a classic horizontal design with a high polished finish. The assembly is precision TIG welded using laser-cut materials, ensuring both durability and an upscale appearance.

      Installation. Installation requires cutting of the factory grille and/or drilling, making it a moderate challenge that may require some modification to the original grille assembly.

      Warranty. This product includes a lifetime structural warranty and a three-year warranty on the finish.

      Application. Designed specifically to fit the 1999 to 2006 Sierra 1500 models, this billet grille insert complements the vehicle’s styling without including the factory grille assembly.
