      Description

      Heavy Duty Steering Upgrade. The Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Tie Rod enhances steering performance and durability for demanding applications. Designed for heavy-duty trucks, this tie rod provides exceptional strength, precise handling, and confidence on the road or trail. It is critical for maintaining reliable steering under heavy loads and rough conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Built from USA made 1.75" x 0.188" wall 4130 chromoly tubing, this tie rod is heat treated and precision bent for maximum strength. It features metal-on-metal tie rod ends made from 4140 steel shanks and 1018 steel bearing housings, capped with heavy-duty nitrile rubber boots. A two-stage abrasion resistant powder coat finish offers superior durability and corrosion resistance.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and bolt-in, requiring no drilling or special modifications. It can be fully adjusted while installed on the vehicle using Synergy’s double adjuster sleeve and pinch bolt assembly, making alignment adjustments convenient.

      Application. Designed specifically to fit 2014-2026 4WD RAM 3500 models, the tie rod is a direct replacement that aligns with factory mounting points and hardware for optimal compatibility.
