Description
Heavy Duty Adjustable Track Bar. The Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Adjustable Front Track Bar is engineered to restore proper axle alignment and enhance suspension geometry on lifted Ram 3500 trucks. It significantly improves handling, tracking, and overall ride quality by recentering the front axle after suspension modifications. This track bar is a vital upgrade for trucks equipped with larger tires or those used in off-road and heavy-duty applications.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-strength 1.75" x 0.188" DOM steel tubing manufactured in the USA, this track bar offers superior lateral rigidity. Its offset forged rod end is designed to provide enhanced articulation clearance. The finish features a two-stage abrasion-resistant powder coat that delivers excellent corrosion resistance and a durable, professional appearance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling or modifications to factory mounting points. The fully adjustable design with the patented double adjuster sleeve and pinch bolt assembly allows for easy axle alignment adjustments without removing the bar from the vehicle.
