Description
Premium Adjustable Track Bar. The Carli Suspension Adjustable Front Track Bar is designed to provide precise axle centering and improve steering response for lifted trucks. It reduces deflection and vibration for a more stable and controlled ride while preventing common issues such as death wobble. This component is critical for maintaining suspension alignment and steering geometry after suspension modifications.
Construction and Appearance. Built with 3/8-inch wall DOM tubing, this track bar offers exceptional strength and durability. It features a 1-inch x 7/8-inch FK bearing chromoly Heim joint and a custom CUB frame joint with a stainless safety washer and snap ring. The assembly includes a tapered JAMMIT nut for superior clamping force and reduced risk of loosening. The stabilizer relocation bracket is precision engineered for clearance and functionality.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require drilling but should be performed with appropriate tools to achieve correct torque specifications. The preloaded CUB joint design reduces the risk of premature wear during installation, even if using impact tools.
