Description
Heavy Duty Tie Rod. The Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Tie Rod is designed to upgrade the steering system of 4WD Ram 2500 trucks, providing enhanced strength and durability for demanding applications. It ensures precise handling and reliable performance whether for heavy hauling, daily driving, or off-road use, significantly improving steering response and reducing wandering.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from USA-made 1.75" x 0.188 wall 4130 Chromoly tubing, this tie rod is heat-treated and precision bent to maximize strength. It features fully greaseable, metal-on-metal tie rod ends with 4140 steel shanks and 1018 steel bearing housings, all protected by a two-stage abrasion-resistant powder coat finish for superior corrosion resistance and longevity.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with 100% bolt-in components, attaching directly to factory mounting points with no drilling required. It is designed for easy adjustment on the vehicle using the Double Adjuster Sleeve and Pinch Bolt Assembly provided.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 14-26 4WD Ram 2500 trucks, offering a direct replacement with upgraded performance and durability.
