Performance Suspension Upgrade. The Synergy Manufacturing Front Leveling System offers a comprehensive suspension upgrade designed for 2014-2026 Ram 2500 and 3500 models, both gas and diesel. Featuring linear rate, hot wound coil springs paired with custom-tuned FOX shocks, this system enhances ride quality, handling, and off-road capability. It increases front wheel travel by approximately 40% and elevates rear wheel travel to 10 inches, delivering a balanced stance optimized for rugged terrain and daily driving.
Construction and Appearance. The kit uses precision CNC hot wound coil springs engineered for durability and increased compliance on small bumps without binding or bottoming out. FOX shocks are custom-tuned for the Ram 2500/3500 platforms and are available in 2.0 IFP and 2.5 HTO options, providing tailored performance depending on selected configuration. A two-stage abrasion-resistant powder coat finish ensures long-lasting corrosion resistance and maintains aesthetic quality over time.
Installation. Installation requires no drilling and is suited for experienced installers familiar with OEM-style suspension upgrades. It is recommended to realign the suspension geometry after installation using appropriate track bar and radius arm components to ensure optimal handling and safety.
Application. Designed to fit 2014-2026 Ram 2500 and 3500 models with 5.7L or 6.4L engines, both gas and diesel variants.
