Construction and Appearance. This winch features a durable 1.8 HP permanent magnetic motor paired with a 3-stage planetary gear system with a 198:1 ratio and an all-steel gear set for reliable operation. It includes a heavy-duty steel drum wrapped with a synthetic rope, complemented by an aluminum hawse fairlead designed specifically for synthetic ropes. The unit is finished in a rugged gray wrinkle powder coat that resists wear and corrosion, ensuring long-lasting durability in harsh conditions.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with a universal mounting plate and a mounting bolt pattern of 3” x 6.66”. The narrow drum design facilitates easier mounting in tight spaces, typically requiring no drilling but may need minor adaptations depending on the vehicle.

Warranty. This winch carries a limited lifetime mechanical warranty and a limited 3-year electronic warranty.
