Description
Upgraded Steering Component. The Steer Smarts YETI XD Upgraded Drag Link Adjuster Sleeve; Stock Drag Link is designed to replace and improve upon the recalled factory adjuster sleeve in RAM 2500 vehicles. It provides a durable, adjustable connection point on the drag link to maintain proper steering alignment without the need for welding or complex modifications, enhancing safety and reliability.
Construction and Appearance. This component is crafted from high strength 4130 Chromoly steel tubing with a ¼ inch thick wall to maximize buckling strength. The internal threads and outer tube are e-coated to ensure corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Its robust design features clamps to maintain consistent clamp force and prevent loosening, replacing conventional jam nuts.
Installation. Installation requires basic mechanical skills and takes approximately 25 minutes. There is no need for drilling or modifications to the vehicle, making it a direct bolt-on replacement for a simple upgrade.
