These headers feature turbulence-free 1-7/8-inch primary tubes that converge into 3-inch collectors and exit through 3-inch lead pipes outfitted with combination X and Y mid-pipes. This novel setup translates to faster exhaust gas velocity and practical improvements in power and torque.

      Fierce, Imposing Exhaust Tone. Not only do these Stainless Works catted long tube headers provide your ride with upgrades in performance, but you also get a more imposing exhaust tone. Specifically, these headers give you a new sound that starts as a low bass-rich rumble before building up into a raspy, menacing roar. In doing so, you get a fierce new sound that matches your truck’s performance.

      High-Flow Cats. These headers also feature a pair of high-flow catalytic converters located right after the assembly’s collectors. These catalytic converters help reduce emissions while still maintaining high exhaust gas velocity. This way, your truck remains compliant with pollution standards.

      Durable Stainless Steel Build. These catted long tube headers are constructed using premium 304 stainless steel, making the assembly extremely durable and corrosion-resistant. Additionally, these steel tubes are CNC mandrel-bent to enhance their free-flowing design. Likewise, all joins are expertly TIG-welded for added rigidity and clean looks. Moreover, these headers come with thick laser-cut stainless steel flanges.

      No ECU Re-Tune Necessary. These catted long tube headers are designed to provide gains in horsepower and torque without the need for an ECU re-tune. However, giving your truck an ECU re-tune in the future is always a good idea as this will ensure you get the best performance out of these headers.
