Made from high tensile chrome silicon wire, these springs undergo an advanced shot peening process that compresses the steel surface, improving tensile strength and durability. Springs are preset to solid height to prevent sagging, and the closed coil ends are ground flat for uniform force distribution. Finished in a durable powder-coated black coating to resist corrosion.
