Construction and Appearance. Made from high tensile chrome silicon wire, these springs undergo an advanced shot peening process that increases tensile strength by compressing the steel surface. The coil springs are preset to solid height to eliminate sagging and fatigue, and feature closed ends with ground flat surfaces for even force distribution. A durable powder-coated black finish resists corrosion and ensures long-lasting performance.
