CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Crafted from high tensile chrome silicon wire, these coil springs undergo an advanced shot peening process that compresses the surface to boost tensile strength and durability. Each spring is preset by fully compressing to solid height to remove residual stress and prevent sagging. The ends are closed and ground flat for even force distribution and easier assembly. Finished with a corrosion-resistant, durable black powder coating.
