The Vapor Block Fuel Line Sleeve 0.625-Inch x 36-Inch is designed to prevent vapor lock by reducing heat transfer to fuel lines, helping maintain fuel temperature below boiling and ensuring consistent engine performance. It is applied by wrapping it around fuel or other fluid lines exposed to heat, making it essential for preventing rough idling and starting issues.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from durable glass fiber and polyester materials laminated to an aluminum outer layer, this sleeve provides long-lasting and effective thermal insulation. The sleeve features a split design with an adhesive flap for secure sealing and has a metallic silver finish that combines functionality with a clean appearance.

      Installation. Installation is simple and does not require disconnecting fuel lines or drilling. The split design allows the sleeve to be wrapped easily around lines, and the adhesive flap secures it in place for a quick and hassle-free process.

      Application. This product fits universal applications, although some adaptation may be necessary. It is not intended for direct application on exhaust components.
