Designed for heavy-duty towing, it allows users to fine-tune air pressure to match trailer weight, improving control, comfort, and safety while reducing wear on the vehicle and trailer.
Construction and Appearance. Built with heavy-duty 3/8-inch thick carbon steel side plates and a greaseable 1-inch diameter 1045 carbon steel pivot bolt, this hitch features a durable matte black textured powder coat finish. Its robust design incorporates dual urethane bump cushions and an integrated heavy-duty air spring, combining strength with a premium protective coating for long-lasting performance and corrosion resistance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required; the hitch slides into the receiver tube and secures with the included hitch pins and clips. The air system is easily adjusted via a valve, allowing quick setup to optimize ride height and load control.
