It fine-tunes ride quality through adjustable air pressure to suit varying trailer weights, reducing trailer sway and improving overall safety and control of the tow vehicle.
Construction and Appearance. Built with heavy-duty 5/16-inch thick carbon steel side plates and a robust air spring, the hitch features a durable impact-resistant red powder coat finish. It incorporates a 1-inch diameter 1045 carbon steel pivot bolt with grease zerk for smooth, lasting pivot action, dual urethane bump cushions for added shock absorption, and comes with a black combo ball mount featuring both 2-inch and 2-5/16-inch balls.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling, as the hitch slides directly into a standard 2.5-inch receiver tube. It includes pins and clips for secure attachment, making setup manageable for users with basic mechanical skills.
